Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Please check the policy before applying to KU IWC.
Important Notes
- Application fee (100,000 KRW) is non-refundable
- Refunds will take 2-3 weeks from the time you receive the confirmation email.
- IWC Team is not responsible for bank fees or exchange difference associated with the payment of tuition and fees.
- If the refund (and scholarship) amount is returned due to incorrect account information, an additional fee may be charged. Therefore, please provide us with the exact account information.
- Even if you are eligible for a refund (and scholarship), you can only apply for a refund and modify your refund account information for up to 2 months after the program begins. After that, a refund is not available under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund
- Refunds can only be processed if the total payment amount is displayed with the (-) amount.
- Email kuwinter@korea.ac.kr with the subject "Refund Request" to receive the application form.
- Complete and submit the received form.
- The entire process takes approximately 4-5 weeks to complete after submission.
