Username: Your KU IWC student number

Password: The password you created when submitting your application
If you do not remember your password, or if you are unable to log in despite entering the correct password, you must use the password reset function.

If you receive an error message stating that your personal information does not match our records, please do one of the following:

Keyboard Language Notice (Very Important)
When entering your password, please ensure that your keyboard input language is set to English (EN).
Alphabet characters entered using non-English keyboards may cause Unicode input errors, which can prevent successful login.
For this reason, passwords must be typed using an English keyboard only.
