Dear students,
We are pleased to invite you to the Welcome Reception and would like to share the following details for your reference.
- Date: December 23, 2025
- Time: 17:00–19:00
*Participants are welcome to enter and leave freely between 17:00 and 19:00, subject to venue capacity.
*Light refreshments will be prepared for approximately 300 guests and may run out early.
- Venue: 6F, LG-POSCO Hall
*Directions to the venue can be found in the attached file.
- Dress Code: Christmas (Santa, Rudolph, or Red/Green)
<Important Notice>
- There is no limit to the number of applicants for the Welcome Reception. However, please note that the venue can accommodate approximately 300 guests, and admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The venue capacity is limited to 300 participants. Up to 200 additional participants will be placed on the waiting list, and waiting tickets will indicate the estimated entry time.
- As mentioned in the Cultural Activity Notice, the application for the Welcome Reception is intended to gauge participation demand. Even if you registered on the portal, admission will still be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- For safety reasons, admission may be temporarily restricted in the event of overcrowding. Since the number of applications has exceeded expectations, please understand that you may not be able to enter the venue even if you come to the event.
