We are pleased to invite you to the Graduation Ceremony as we mark the conclusion of your time with us.
Please note that attendance at the Graduation Ceremony is not mandatory. Participation is entirely voluntary.
1. Date & Time: Friday, January 9th, 17:30–19:00
2. Venue: 1F, Inchon Memorial Hall (*Google Map:https://maps.app.goo.gl/E1HCXocSWptiUHh26)
*Entry is limited to IWC students only.

*The ceremony will also be livestreamed on our official YouTube channel for those unable to attend in person.
[IMPORTANT] Gowns Pick-up & Return ★
As informed earlier, graduation gown applications have already been completed. You may attend the Graduation Ceremony even without submitting the application, as participation is open regardless of application status.
★ Gown Pick-up (Location: 1F, Inchon Memorial Hall)
① Students who completed gown reservation
- Pick-up time: 16:20–17:15 (We strongly recommend visiting before 17:00.)
- As approximately 700 students have reserved gowns, some waiting time is expected. We appreciate your understanding.
② Students who did NOT complete gown reservation
- Pick-up available from 17:20, only if remaining gowns are available due to no-shows.
- Gown rental is not guaranteed without prior reservation.
*Gown rental closes at 17:30, when the Graduation Ceremony begins. After this time, no gown rental will be possible under any circumstances.
★ Gown Return (Location: 1F, Inchon Memorial Hall)
- Gown return will be conducted at the same place (1F, Inchon Memorial Hall) until 19:00.
- Please note that waiting time may also occur during the return process.
