- Graduation Ceremony Notice Dear students, Greetings from the KU IWC! We are writing to inform you of the Graduation Ceremony. 1. Date & Time: January 10th (Fri), 17:30 KST 2. Venue: 1F, Inchon Memorial Hall 3. Livestream: https://youtube.com/live/tbTxdl5iikc *The ceremony will also be livestreamed on our official YouTube channel for those unable to attend in person. [IMPORTANT] Gowns Pick-up For those attending in person, graduation gowns can be picked up from the 2nd floor of Inchon Memorial Hall starting at 16:30. 1. Please remember to bring your IWC student card to pick up the gown. 2. Gowns MUST be returned after the event. Failure to return the gown after the ceremony can result in the non-issuance of your academic transcript. 3. Graduation gowns must be worn only inside the Inchon Memorial Hall during the ceremony.
