- Refund Deadline Notice [KU IWC 2023-24] Dear students, Thank you for your interest in Korea University International Winter Campus. According to the accounting regulations of our university and the financial processing regulations of the International Winter Campus, we would like to inform you of the refund deadline for the 2023-24 KU IWC, which finished on January 12, 2024. ▶ Refund Deadline: February 12 (Mon), 2024, 23:59 (KST) * Refund request forms must arrive by mail or email by this deadline. Submissions after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances. ▶ Notes * Overseas wire transfers often fail for various unforeseen reasons. If an overseas wire transfer fails after the refund deadline, it will not be reprocessed. Therefore, it is recommended to attempt the refund as early as possible. * Even if you expressed your intention to refund before the deadline, if you do not submit the refund request form within the specified deadline, the refund will be cancelled. * If the requested refund amount has not arrived yet, please contact kuwinter@korea.ac.kr as soon as possible. - Program Survey and Transcript Request Notice [KU IWC 2023-24] Dear 2023 KU IWC Students, Warm greetings from the KU IWC Office! We are overwhelmed and utterly grateful for all the support and enthusiasm our students showed this winter. <2023 IWC Student Survey> - MS Form : https://forms.office.com/r/QsgsM81tFX Please complete the Student Survey to give us feedback about our program. This will help us improve our program in the future. An end of the program means your grades and transcripts will be out soon! Your grades will be updated on the Blackboard 'My Grades' section by January 16th 12 PM to 19th 1 PM (KST). If you can't see it, please contact your Professors directly and ask them. Students can change or raise objections to their grade only during the Grade Confirmation Period. <2023 IWC Grade Confirmation Period> - January 16th 12 PM – January 19th 1 PM (KST) * During the grade confirmation period, students can consult their Professors about their grades and make changes if necessary. <Only for International Students> To receive your transcripts, all students must complete the mandatory Final Course Evaluation Survey. (Final Course Evaluation Survey will be posted in Blackboard Course Menu just after class ends) The survey menu can be found on Blackboard for all courses - please complete them for every course you are enrolled in by January 16th if possible. Transcripts will only be issued to students who completed all the surveys for each of the courses they took. Please note that your responses will be kept strictly confidential and anonymous. Transcripts will be issued only upon request starting at the end of January after the grade confirmation period (Jan. 16th - 19th) ends. Transcripts are available electronically or by physical mailing(DHL) - please check below and request whichever you prefer. ※ Request Form※ Submit the MS Form to request a Transcript: - MS Form: https://forms.office.com/r/1MBuuG01Cd 1. Online E-Transcripts sent to email addresses requested (directly to home institution/another personal email etc) - transcripts emailed directly to your home institution by us may be considered official, depending on their policy. 2.
