Application for On-campus housing
International Winter Campus dormitories cannot be applied for separately; you must apply for them concurrently with your International Winter Campus application. For dormitory cancellations, new applications, or room type changes, please inquire via email (kuwinter@korea.ac.kr).
Buildings and room types are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that Single Rooms may fill up early.
After dormitory applications end, a Roommate Preference Survey will be sent via email around the end of November. If you have applied for KU IWC with a friend, please make sure to submit the Roommate Preference Survey.

Refund Policy (on-campus housing)
■ Full Refund: ~ December 22, 2024 (before check-in date)
■ Partial Refund: ~ December 23, 2024 (for 90% of remaining days)
*The measurement of the refund amount is subject to the Anam Dormitory policy
Refund Request
Please send an email titled “Refund Request” to kuwinter@korea.ac.kr and ask for the refund application form. You will then receive the form via email. Once you receive it, fill in the information and submit it back to us via email. The Refund process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of request.
