Thank you for your interest in Korea University International Winter Campus.
According to the accounting regulations of our university and the financial processing regulations of the International Winter Campus, we would like to inform you of the refund deadline for the 2023-24 KU IWC, which finished on January 12, 2024.
▶ Refund Deadline: February 12 (Mon), 2024, 23:59 (KST)
* Refund request forms must arrive by mail or email by this deadline. Submissions after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
▶ Notes
* Overseas wire transfers often fail for various unforeseen reasons. If an overseas wire transfer fails after the refund deadline, it will not be reprocessed. Therefore, it is recommended to attempt the refund as early as possible.
* Even if you expressed your intention to refund before the deadline, if you do not submit the refund request form within the specified deadline, the refund will be cancelled.
* If the requested refund amount has not arrived yet, please contact kuwinter@korea.ac.kr as soon as possible.
